Opening Ceremony and Gala.

The Opening Ceremony will be held in Hall 3 of the SECC and will be supported by a civic reception that is hosted by the Lord Provost of Glasgow.

The Glasgow theme will be reflected throughout the evenings speeches and entertainment.
